Building Summary

Located in the most privileged location in Panama, Causeway Towers in Amador is an Apart-Hotel that consists of 10 buildings that surround the roadway that rises to the top of Perico Island offering views of the Panama City skyline, the Bridge of the Americas and of course, the Pacific Ocean.  

There shall be a total of 200 units in the investment pool and each building has 7 floors.  Profit sharing shall be distributed in proportion of each investor after annual expenses.  The calculations are based on an annual occupancy levels on 100% and 60% rental 48 weeks annually, which leaves 4 weeks use for the investor.  If the investor chooses not to enter into the umbrella of the Apart-Hotel, a management fee will be charged.
